does anyone have info for reloading the MB 300gr.bullet for .45 Colt?
I use unique, bullseye, HS6, 2400, and trailboss powders. Thanks

THIS IS NOT MY DATA AND IT IS NOT VERIFIED BY THE POWDER COMPANIES' DATA. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I PERSONALY HAVE NOT TRIED IT AND CAN NEITHER SPEAK FOR NOR AGAINST ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN.

That said, these are all jacketed bullets, but it might give you a starting reference.

You can also change the setting at the top of the page for .45 Colt +P (i.e., RUGER ONLY) data which does have come cast lead bullet data. Again, not my data - use at your own risk.

Q

Hornady 7th has a 300 gr jacketed hollowpoint load for 2400: 16.5 - 18.0 grains. (Ruger only load)
Lee 2nd has 300 gr lead bullet loads for Accurate #7 and #9 powders.
You might try the powder company web sites to see if they have any lead loads.

By the way, MBC is carrying 45 long colt Starline brass and is running a discount through end of July if you buy brass when you order bullets. See their July 15 Facebook posting on the MBC Facebook page for details.
