.308: Pof & dpms

I know this question has probably been asked a dozen different ways, but I'm looking for some clarity before I commit. Does anyone have a POF .308 lower mated to a DPMS LR-308 SASS upper assembly? If so:

How does it fit?

Does the sleeve fill the gap on the hinge pin?

How are your groups with it?

Would you recommend the setup?

Just curious - is this being asked because the POF is an "off list lower" and therefore allows you to legally build a rifle (with a bullet button or whatever) in CA? Because outside of silly laws, I can't see much practical reason for this.

Bingo. I'd give anything to own a proper LR-308 SASS, but I hang my hat in the PRK.
