.357 9.6 grains of Unique with magnum primers?

I have been reloading 357 magnum with 9.6 grains of Unique with a125 gain bullet but I've been using magnum pistol primers. I just noticed this recipe calls for a small pistol primer and not a magnum primer. Will the magnum primers cause any problems shooting these loads through my GP100 or S&W 686?

Your load is a maximum charge according to Alliant's load site. If you developed this load with magnum primers and are not experiencing high pressure signs such as sticky brass and it's reasonably accurate, I would not change a thing.
Your firearms are quality pistols, and should handle the load just fine.

No sticky brass, they seem like a mild load compared to some hot H110 I've shot.

Contrary to most opinions using a Magnum primer in place of a standard primer will yield very small differences in pressure and velocity. Like said above, if all is working well and you are happy with the accuracy of the load the way it is, leave it alone... (even though Unique doesn't require a magnum primer)
