I got some bullets from Zero in 38 cal.158 Gr. JHP from what I understand they should be .357 in diameter mine are .355.5 I am having trouble with setback cant get the bullets to hold in cases is it the diameter of the bullets or what do you think? I have reset my dies and just cant get any improvement:banghead: This is a very good resource. You guys have helped allot! Thanks

Reduce your bell to almost nothing, see if that helps. Also, will .355 shoot in your barrel worth a darn? Contact Zero and ask for refund/exchange of faulty product.

I suggest you dont bell your case mouth at all, a little chamfer or nothing at all will do. Depending of the gun youre using jacketed bullets work just fine in .357 even if they are slightly smaller. Lead bullets can be a PITA.

Call Zero and ask them what the problem is in that they may have sent you the wrong bullets. I just measured one each of all the various weights of my .38 calibre JHP bullets and everyone was .358...Including Hornady XTP...

Thanks for the help I called Zero they were vary nice. they are going to send me new bullets and they will pay the return shipping for the ones that I have I have used these before with no problems so I am confused as to what went wrong. Thanks again for your help.
