I'm looking to cook up a 380acp silencer load for a typical 3 inch gun.
I'm thinking 90gr xtp and about 2gr of nitro100nf.
Anyone load 380 with nitro10nf?
I use it in 9mm and do like it.
Using 2gr will load hundreds of shots and barely put a dent in a 14oz container.

I have used N310 a lot, looks like they are very close to one another.
Yeah it looks like n310 and nitro100nf are about number 2 and 3 for fastest burning powders.
I would love to run n310 but I can get nitro100nf 14oz at a time from the show for around half the price per pound of ordering a keg of n310.
Both powders burn so fast most people don't know what to do with them so they're more likely to be available.
I think the only way I would ever burn up a lot of nitro100/n310 speed powder is if I started loading 12ga with it.

Following to hear how it goes. I've been loading for suppressed 380 with TG, and the Berry's plated, or a coated cast bullet. The only threaded 380 I have is a G42, I've also got the Makarov threaded conversion barrel for it, which works better than the 380, lol.

I figure you can drop a 380 load in a 9x18 case as long as it cycles.

Nope, bullet is wrong diameter. The Lone Wolf Mak conversion barrel is the correct diameter for Mak, and a drop in for the G42. Unless you mean load data...yeah, you can use 380 load data for reference as a starting point for Mak to some degree, but the two rounds are very different so much care must be taken when doing that. I use TG for both 380 and 9 Mak, and it's interesting to see the difference between the two in the same gun with nothing but a barrel change. The G42 is a bit different anyway, as it's not a fixed barrel design like most 380s, so it doesn't even start to run right until you get up in the higher pressure loads...at least not until it's well broken in.
