Hey guys.
Kinda short on time i do a lot of reloading but this is my first black load have everything I need except a proper bp meause. Looking to load a handful of goex 235 spg lubed in 45lc with .060 veggie wads. If all the research I have done is correct as long as I have good compression I can't over load as long as length is good. I have a handful of lee dippers I can solder a handle to a 40 38 45 shell.
My goal here is to SAFLEY load up 20 to take to the range saturday. I gots some cream of wheat. Let me know your thoughts. I would get the proper powder meter but you won't find one within 100 mi of here. Thanx

With BP you DO NOT want any air space. You need a measure when loading round ball in a barrel, not when loading cartridges. Fill the case to where you get a little compression and you did it correctly and that is safe.

Angle that's what I was thinking but needed a second on my thinking. Garage here I come. Thsnx

when I laod it for 45LC when the cases are in the loading tray i kinda jiggle it a little, BP will settle down an 1/8" or so farther down in the case.
I hate to say it, but wal mart usually has BP measurers handy.
