I checked the VV data as well, have run the numbers and as I type am happily loading 27 grains of VV N120, a Privi 123 gr FMJ with a cci-200 primer. Will shoot these off on saturday, weather permiting and report back.
Well the 27 grains of N120 work well.
Used the Lee Dipper to load the cases, the 20.4grain dipper followed by the 6.6 grain dipper. No pressure signs, the ammo is relatively accurate. Could hit a 12x12 steel plate at 100 meters consistently. So I am satisfied by the load.
Dont really have target pictures of reults from the Vz since we tend to shoot a hanging metal plate at 100 meters. But here is a pic of a friend of mine shooting it.
Just loaded some with IMR 4337 that I had in the powder measure from other reloading. I used 21.3gr under the FMJ 123gr bullet. Didn't chronograph yet, but they worked just fine in an M72 Yugo.
For better consistency, try weighing the load. Sounds as if you are working with only the dippers and no scale. Without a scale, you have no way to increase or decrease the load by a small increment.
