Activist leftist judges are almost always insufferably full of themselves. It sort of goes with the territory. After all, if you believe that we have to throw the parts of the Constitution you disagree with into the dustheap based primarily on your "feeling" that they're antiquated or no longer necessary, then you almost certainly must have an ego the size of a small planet.

So, how do you dig your way out of this hole that clueless Hollis has dug for us and get back on the road to Constitutional recovery?

Why do you think I have zero knowledge of history or militia law? Because it differs from your interpretations?

Do the best and brightest historians always have the identical beliefs and understandings of historical events?

Do the best and brightest legal and constitutional scholars always agree on the interpretation of laws and the Constitution?

Unless they do, and until we join their ranks, I guess I can be permitted to have a different view from yours. However, if you'd like to enlighten and educate me, I'm all ears.
