I have the lyman handbook 49 edition. It calls for the 9mm luger case length to be .754 . I have remington and winchester brass. They have been fired once. I bought these new, and shot them once. Now, the question is, why do they all measure short? All of them measure .744-.746 .I even checked a new case and it measured short to.If, I seat the bullet to match the recomended OAL ,"which I did", is the bullet seated deep enough into the case.I shot some like this and the y were fine. Some one please explain this to me.
