9x23, 38 super getting started

Alright. I've got a 38 super witness that I am finally getting around to loading for. I've got some 9x23 brass on the way (Win and Starline) A couple of questions

Is it true that a 223 FL sizer can be used for 9x23 (too cheap to buy dies)?

Anybody got any good loads using any combination of these components?

Power Pistol

Blue Dot
Alliant Steel
AA 9
Bullseye

Invest in a carbide die set with taper crimp. RCBS is good.
