A Craigslist for Ammo: Your Thoughts?

The individual faces regulatory barriers to shipping ORM-D Hazardous materials as well as the various shippers' requirements. How will you prevent violations of those requirements and the associated liability?

Seems to me if he didn’t ship it, it’s not on him, if he isn’t the individual that broke regulations.

How does Ford prevent drunks from driving one of their vehicles, are they liable for deaths resulting from such action?

I've head the term "old armslist" thrown around. Could you elaborate or expand on that? I'm curious what that entails?
“Old” meaning before they required users to pay a subscription fee. When Armslist first started anyone could create an account and offer up guns, ammo and accessories for sale. It was like Craigslist.

Some crimes were committed by people who bought guns they located thru Armslist ads and, even though Armslist wasn’t involved in the actual sale, they were sued by victims and/or anti-2A groups. In response they switched to a membership only model where you have to pay a monthly fee to list guns and also to view them. As a result it’s a shell of what it formerly was. IMO their mistake was requiring a fee just to see the listings. I would happily pay a fee to list guns but I’m not paying just to browse.

I bought and sold at least a dozen guns thru Armslist before they ruined it.

In Texas we have texasguntrader. It’s turned into felons selling to each other. Why is an Anderson lower $100? Because you’re paying for no NICS check.

Locally we have ODT, OutDoorsTrader, prices are not as competitive as good sale prices. Their is everything from a free forum, automobiles, tools, etc to ammo and firearms, it doesn't compare to THR, but for a local site I like it. I wouldn't pay to list any firearms or ammo but would pay a small premium if I was getting top dollar, kinda like a buyers/sellers premium at an auction.

It seems that the OP should check out responses after he posts a thread.
He has been MIA since 11/14.

I will block his posts as he is not part of our community.

He was just trying to drum up business. Wasn't actually interested in any suggestions.

Does that make one a Felon or just aware that our .gov uses information against us in biased ways and someone has figured out a way to capitalize on the fact?

Next year, when the next panic is in swing are all of those buyers, of the inflated goods, also felons?

I thought that was the primary reason for anyone to buy used guns. Doesn't automatically mean they're felons, it just means they don't trust the government.
