A little little range trip with the HW45

I took my HW45 .177 along the other day on a range trip. I always chuckle as I switch over from my powder burners as folks inevitably ask what kind of can am I running because it's so quiet.

I show folks whatever airgun I happen to have and folks always get this shocked face like........wow......that's not a Walmart toy is it?

Anyway I thought the old Silver Star did pretty well on this trip.

Spring piston pellet pistols are hard to master. They magnify any flaws in technique and that makes them excellent trainers for everything other than recoil recovery and follow-up shots.
