I was just at the Kahr website and found these new critters. Assuming the problems with the polymer frame have been resolved, the TP9 might be a new addition to my stable, as well as its .40 big brother.

Kahr TP9

Actually, on further review, the TP9 is an extended slide version of the P9. Not exactly what I was hoping for. But, it might still be a good weapon.

By the way, the website says the T40 will be available in January 2004. But I've found one distributor who already has a few in stock. So, who wants to be the first guinea pig . . . I mean, test subject?

Man, I would love to get a kahr full size in .40, but my gun budget is absolutely blown for this year, and maybe the first couple months of the new year as well:rolleyes: ......I look forward to hearing a range report from some lucky person though.......tom

Just to clarify...

It's NOT the polymer T9. It has a P9 frame and T9 slide (1/2" longer). Grip will be identical to P9 and nothing like a T9.

Yup. It's a longslide P9 (never thought I'd see those words together) or a stretched P9 Covert. I had already corrected the description but the title of the thread hadn't been edited.
