Cool! I just bought an 8 pounder of BE-86 and sent in for the rebate. Let's see....8 lbs equals 56,000 grains, my favorite load is 5.6 grains and a 124 RMR. That's exactly 10,000 rounds! I'd better get to work!

Just did the paperwork on an 8# jug of Reloder 16. When all's said and done, should have cost me $24 per pound delivered.

And as many of us have said before, best time to stock up on reloading components is when supplies are plenty and prices low as many of us have seen several up/down cycles of component availability/shortages.

I just posted CCI and Winchester primers are back below $30/1000 again ($26 and $27/1000 actual with Brownells offering up to additional $30 off on $300+ orders on top of free shipping) - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.p...ponents-on-sale.707473/page-175#post-11117453

Depending on how much you buy, you could be pushing price of primers down to $23/1000 and free shipping. ;)

I think if I stock up much more my wife is going to stage an intervention! (Of course I type this shortly after getting the email that 2000 more bullets have been left by my front door!)

Join the club and learn to apologize and buy gifts/presents your wife likes.

My wife and I solved my "hobby" spending issue by making a contract that she gets to spend double what I spend on my hobbies. This agreement has kept our marriage happy for decades. ;):D (Everyone of her friends have divorced)

And over the decades, I have gradually found that I actually enjoy some of my wife's hobbies too.

Happy wife, happy marriage.

Really, it's a small price to pay that I consider investment that have yielded multiples.

And when things start to get sticky, I mention that life is short and we are all going to die ... BOOM, I get the green light.
