Im looking for 9mm and .38 Special defensive ammo..

Yeah....since you can't buy ammo in Mass. you must go to the Kittery Trading Post alot.

Depending upon the vendor, you may need to fill out an online certification form, send them a copy of your driver's license, or do nothing special. I have ordered ammo from the following vendor's and had good experiences:

My local Wally World is cheaper on 9mm and .40S&W practice ammo than any online source. For me, the 'net is reserved for hard-to-find shotgun shells or once-in-a-lifetime bulk deals.
