Hi, guys, long time no post.

I have a couple of questions for you shotgun experts. A friend of the family whom we go shooting with occationally called and said he'd just come back from the local pawn shop where he goes browsing. He was looking at a nice 20 ga Berretta over and under when he noticed what he thought was a typo on the shotgun next to it. It said Rimfire 310. He picked up the shotgun and looked at it closer and sure enough, he said, it was a "3" ten Rimfire single shot. He said he'd never seen anything like it and wondered if anyone knew anything about it. Being the helpful friendly type that I am I said I would get onto the HighRoad and ask my shotgun buddies.

So, does anyone know about 310 ga and is there still ammo made for it?

Thanks for the help.

310 Remington shot
Gun is a Remington three ten bolt action smoothbore.
Used for shooting mini skeet and I think the French still use them for hunting snails or popping the pig in the backside to stimulate its taste for truffles,,,,,,
The guns aren't super rare nor are they super common.

You should be able to make usable shells from .32 H&R Magnums cut down and loaded with 100-200 grains of #9 shot between two thin card wads.
