Picked up my second P220 tonight. An Ernst Langdon P220. Beautiful gun...

Very nice. I always thought the EL model was one of the nicest 220STs SIG ever offered.

Did you get the original sights with the pistol?
 
Both are stainless, the slide has a nitride finish.

Unfortunately I didn't not get the factory sights with it. Just the ones it's currently fitted with.

This is one sweet pistol.

Very nice looking pistol! I like the two tone effect and the wood grips are like icing on the cake.

Just for the sake of accuracy, you might be referring to SIG's Nitron finish...which is now their standard blue finish applied to stainless slides.

Nitron is a proprietary name belonging to SIG and has gone through numerous forms over the years

I stand corrected! Thank you - I was working off memory after a couple of beverages and must have just figured that was close enough.
 
I agree about the Ernest Langdon model...very nice pistol...I wish you could still get Mr. Langdon to work on SIGs but they burned that bridge...
