Another road kill in the freezer

I nearly hit a spike...as in, COW, on the road down from my house while riding home on my motorcycle. I was moving pretty good for this road, 45 MPH, and it came out of the ditch. I puckered for impact and it turned just as it got to me and paralleled me. I reached out and slapped it on the butt. Fortunately, I was almost home as I needed a bit of clean up after that one.

There's ANOTHER cow out down the road, a long horn. At least I have an electric fence around my cabbage now.

What’s that thing blocking the entrance and exit of the Jeep passenger holes? I have never seen those... doors of some kind? You don’t need doors...

If it was summer they would have probly been off. I'm glad it was winter- if that thing had ended up in the front seat with me after entering the passenger hole, I don't think I could have took it in a fair fight while driving. Sure, I was on the way home from MMA training at the gym, so I was "warmed up" and all-but still.... carjacked by a deer? No thanks.

Last one I hit wasn't left in an edible condition. Bounced a nubbin' off my company truck. Not a lot of real bad damage, but enough to wait for a tow truck. That happened May 8, 2018.
Took out the radiator and everything behind it. Wasn't a big deer but, big enough to cause this:

Month and 8 days later, this:

Just got the reloading bench back in the garage today.

That's why I keep firearms. Protection.
In case a maniac tries to sneak a pickup into my reloading room!:)

Yikes, Bbear! Did they get you a Dodge this time? I don't like Fords much either, but if they were going to give it to me...
But you were like, "Nope. No Fords.":D

P.s. May your new bench be a sturdy and unwavering companion to you and your press.
