To make a long story short, between moving and now having kids, the safe I own is no longer in the bedroom. I am a firm believer in having a long arm handy for self defense but due to young kids (who are being educated on safety) I want the long arm locked up and in the bedroom.
This weekend I saw in person the American Securities Defense vault. It fits nicely under the bed and acts like those mini gun vaults in terms of protection for pistols except it fits long arms (about two) and has a slide out drawer. Does anyone have one? Does anyone else make something simlar? The $500 price tag is fine so it's not a money issue. It looks like it would fit my needs. I look forward to your feedback.
