I would avoid the HAR-25; it is made by Vulcan/Hesse Arms and is not renowned for quality. If I were in the market for an AR-10 variant I would go for a DPMS or and Armalite. You might be able to find a HAR-25 that works well, but you probably have a lot better luck with a DPMS or an Armalite.
Hesse/Vulcan has had some serious QC issues (and I've heard reports of just the lower reciever breaking in half after a couple shots on their AR15 clone). Most gun manufactorers turn out a decent product (even the drunk monkeys at century), but Vulcan/Hesse is one of few that are merely out to scam you.
Just look at their webpage. You really can't get more mallninjaish than their webpage (okay, maybe Special Weapons et. al. matches it).
I have a HAR25 stripped upper and lower. They have serious machining defects that cannot be easily corrected - mainly holes are in the wrong places or the wrong size.
