Any info on this Mak holster?

I know, you looked at the title, and shouted what's wrong with mp510, he oughta know diffirent holsters are designed for different purposes, and generally holsters for IWB carry are designed diffirentely than those designed for OWB carry. Of course I am familiar with the diffirences, but this seems to be both or at least the seller alludes such.

The seller describes the holster as such:

Has anybody had any experience with these holsters? These are made in Russia, as he says, correct? What does the insignia (shield)on the belt loop represent? In Russia, are these domestically used (.mil or police) or are they only an export item? Do they use the suede material generally associated with IWB holsters or some leather of at least slightly higher quality?
