Anybody see this custom Model 649?

I think this was the forum where I saw a picture posted of a custom polished 649 or possibly a nickeled 49. It had an unfluted cylinder, Tyler T-grips, and what looked like a 3" barrel.

I haven't had any luck finding it with the search function. I was wondering if anyone had any information on this gun, and where the work was done.
