Anyone know about Armi San Marco Single Shot?

Hello, Received an Armi San Marco 12 gauge single shot shotgun.

It says
Conneticut Valley Arms Inc, Norcross GA - Made in Italy
Armi San Marco 12 GA. 3" CH.

The only serial # I can find is under the barrel # 020910
Inside the receiver for the barrel (The action?) FINITO

Anyways wondering what year it was made, if its worth anything.
Should I re blue it or modify it etc?

Anyhelp is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Zach

Their revolvers 20 or 30 years ago had a reputation for soft metal, but I don't know if that applies to the long guns.
