my CCW says license to carry firearms... and I don't have to tell the PTB what I carry... So I guess I could carry it concealed legally...

Yep, legally a pistol in the eyes of the law...
I may carry mine in Winter with an overcoat, just to say I did it, and because(with my concealed weapons license) I can !

I have an AR pistol and for home defense duties I use a AR15 commando clone. Having a buttstock really makes things a lot easier when wandering about in close quarters.
BTW, I built my pistol for something between 500-600 bucks.
LAR stripped lower 100.00
LPK 55.00
M1S upper w/bolt/carrier was around 400.00
(If I remember the prices correctly)

Just finished switching the FCG on my Bushie M-4gery with my AR pistol's,
My Bushmaster M4gery's FCG has been well broken in and has a less than stock trigger pull after so many rounds, so I decided the lighter pull would hopefully help with accuracy on my pistol since it has no stock...
I also figured the slightly harder pull on my M4gery wouldn't really hurt...
But now I wanna go to the range and see if it helps,but have to work later and must wait
!
PS I. also cleaned out my Bushie lower receiver and both FCG got some well deserved T.L.C . It feels like they are both near perfect now ,who'd have guessed ...
