AR buffer problems

My buffer on my rifle is causing problems. It is coming apart and the weights are coming out. this is happening after the shell ejects. The bolt will go forward but doesn't chamber a round and then gets stuck when you pull the charging handle. do I need a new buffer? Or is it repairable? The rifle is a Del-ton mid-lenght parts kit on an Essential Arms reciever.

The buffer itself is relatively cheap. I'd buy a new one.

The plastic end cap should be held in place by a roll pin. Replacement roll pins can be found at your local hardware store.

There is no roll pin or hole for one. I will contact them on it. Thanks for the help.
