Anyone ever buy the cheap compact AR scopes-ones with bulllet comps and luminated, every rifle I own is topped with a Leupold but i wanted to scope the AR for popping coyotes/bobcats on my ranch in south texas, highfenced and need to keep varmits to a minimum. How do they hold point of aim, probaly going with compact Leupold 2x7.

If you're talking about the T68 scope, it's a good deal for the $$. They hold up pretty well, although many of them are built with a slight cant.

Yeah the T68 isn't bad for the money. Optics are pretty clear and it's held up pretty well in some of the reports I read. Good for range time and varmit hunting I guess.

But if you're in the "business" I'd suggest a ACOG or IOR Valdada.

Built like tanks, but kinda pricey.
