Hey guys,
I'm building my first ARs (two of em) and I'm fitting a 50 caliber upper on one of them too. So one of the lower recievers will regularly be fitted with an AR 15 upper (5.56) and will periodically get switched out to the 50 cal upper. My question is this:
I've been leaning towards a few triggers that I've heard good things about, but I'm not sure. I want to either get an Accuracy Speaks or KAC trigger or maybe even a Heavy mass Jard trigger. The reason I even bring up the Jard is because the 50 Cal upper specifically mentions this trigger as consistently working with it. No mention is given of the Accuracy SPeaks or KAC trigger system.
I've heard great things about both Accuracy speaks and KAC, but I've heard some (my gunsmith) say that Jards are absolute junk for a survival rifle. I don't care about match triggers or competing with my rifles, I just want a trigger system that I can reliably go "bang" every time, but ALSO give me a nicer trigger system than the standard GI trigger.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
