I'm in NY and would like to find some pre-ban glock 22 mags. Are the non drop free mags pre 1994?

As far as I know, if it was sold in the US, it's "pre-ban", before 1994.
I have only one of them and kinda like it as the inthegun mag while hiking. I can try to Injun up on critters and roll over the thing prone to stay behind the concealment as they move, without worrying about the mag falling out.
