Since the OP brought up that he is African American, I'd like to point oit that many minority groups, including the ACLU specifically blame the Clinton policies for the disproportionate incarceration rates.

Well African American, Scottish, and PA Dutch... but you're right. The thing is with PA and why I went with him is that we don't have serious crimes outside of philly and easton both of which are basically New Jersey.

It is clear, as you say, and, at least in this particular case, the difference is not accurately described as "slightly more likely".How could an import restriction, enacted by executive action, be stopped by congress?

Let's assume that's correct for the sake of argument. Since Kalishnikov concern rifles are small arms made in Russia, such a ban would accurately be described as a restriction on small arms imports from Russia.

The lame stream media bias toward hitlery is frightening.

Nothing new under the sun here; since its inception in the 1950s broadcast journalism has been overwhelmingly leftist. It's said that in any given election a full 90% of both print and television journalists vote democratic. Now they're obviously free to vote for the candidate of their choice, but when mainstream media purports to be fair and unbiased in its coverage of elections and issues this is nothing short of hypocrisy to the nth degree..

p.s. Speaking of leftists, just how many of those Hollywood-type celebs (Babs Streisand, Miley Cyrus, the "Reverend" Al Sharpton, Amy Shumer, Samuel L. Jackson, Chelsea Handler, Jon Stewart) do you believe will live up to their declared intention to leave the US if Trump were to be elected? My guess would be none, as they were oh-so-sure of a Clinton victory and hence thought it safe to run their big yaps. But hey, if by chance they should live up to their promises I'll be a big sport and pitch in toward the purchase of their plane tickets -- as long as they're non-refundable and one-way.
