I actually thought I had spelled Armscorp and didn't catch that I left off the p.
However-------
I may have the two confused. Were they both in production in 1992-3? The one that I am thinking of used a white flag with blue design and printing on it at their building on commercial row and I think that they are still vending there out of the same building.
They also carried a lot of surplus gun parts for all types of rifles.

Armscor of the PI never made M14 clones.
Chances are the logo you saw looked much like the one on my rifle above and this one:
