Broke my SP plastic shell plate holder for my RCBS hand priming tool this morning. Called 'email and all they asked was my name and address to mail me another. Then, this afternoon just now. Im loading .44Mag and I bend my depriming rod. Called 'em back, same discussion. Love their CS.

Yup they are awesome to work with, I called them about a set of 223 dies I had bought. The seating stem was shaving half the SP off, with no questions or any thing they said, well it sounds like you could use one of our polished ones. He took my address and I had the part a little over a week later. Nothing out of pocket. Hornady is the same way.

Yup, a whole lot of our suppliers are like that.
RCBS, Redding, Missouri Bullet Co, J&G Sales & Dillon are the ones I've dealt with.

All had just absolutely outstanding service.

Lower that die more, just to the point before it crimps... that helps with the shaving bullet tips.

Rcbs support is top notch.
