Axis trigger

Bought a .243 Axis a while back and for those of you who are rebuilding the trigger I discovered that the spring from a Thill bobber is the correct one. Slightly smaller at one end and just right at the other. Threads right on to the 10-24 screw. Just keep clipping it until it is the right length. You'll have to have it apart a few times to get it right. 80 gr. blue box Federal 3 shot group at 5/8 inch. It likes a dirty barrel. Gotta love those Savages. Scope and rifle under $300.
