Arma Zeka has been in Europe for a short time, but they are just trickling into the States now. My favorite LGS was able to snag me one of the first off the boat, serial #3.

Arma Zeka (or AZ for short) has several offerings, all of which are geared towards competition in some form. I'm sure a few could probably double as a duty pistol...albeit a very expensive duty pistol.

They all have aluminum frames, but also have a heavy steel subframe with an extensive slide to frame rail. Other than using a typical Browning style lockup, the AZ’s design is unique to these pistols.

The Super Optics Special is a brand new model.
Its SAO with a threaded comp. The trigger is among the best in the business at a super crisp 1.75 lbs and a short, positive reset. The gun is heavy at 44.2oz with an empty magazine, but the balance is superb. I shot it recently at a local match and its as fast and accurate as any pistol in my collection.

This is, in my opinion, the new high water mark for pistols built in the Czech Republic and its competitive with top handguns from all over the world, as far as I'm concerned. The build quality, fit and finish, and attention to detail are all way off the charts. The ergonomics are perfect, in my opinion. The smoothness of the action cycle is second to none.

Styling is a bit over the top, especially for their flagship models with all the bells and whistles, but I like that sort of thing on pistols of this nature.

Has anyone here research these yet?

Thanks for reading and enjoy the pics...

That’s fair. The Super Optics Special is $5+

I will say that I have a Staccato XC and XL. Neither shoots like this AZ.
Have you received any compensation for the expectation that you would act as an influencer on various gun forums? "Any" includes discount purchase price, free use of the item or any other considerations.

Actually, no

It’s called a hobby. Try it sometime

How do you find out about these exotic brands and pistols?

Very cool gun.
How would you rank some of your other Czech made pistols?

Man, I like that thing. It would be a hard sell to convince the wife to let me buy it. No, not hard, impossible. 1.75lb trigger, that would take some getting used to.

Wow! It sure has a lot going on, but I bet it is a nice and smooth shooter.

Since I’m stuck here in the Peoples Republik, I can only enjoy guns like these in pictures.

When you get a chance to shoot it show us how it does for you. :)

Stay safe.

There is a place near me that does detail cleaning on exotic cars. Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, that kind of stuff. The cars I can't even imagine owning. I can ride past and see them out front...that's about it. :what:

Reading Bac's posts reminds me of that place.

Keep us posted on it Bac. A lot of us live vicariously through you. :D
