Baer Question

Are all Les Baer 1911's being shipped these days with only one magazine~?

The reason I ask is that back in '07 when I bought my Thunder Ranch Special
Baer, it shipped with three (3) magazines. But, recently the store received a
brand new TRS and a "Stinger"; and both only came with one (1) magazine.

The LB website descriptions of the various models specifies the number of mags supplied with each particular model. Some with one, some two. Didn't see any with three but didnt look at every model.

I don't know about today, but my Monolith came with 2 and I ordered 6 extra when I bought it.

My suggestion is get your mags when you order the gun so they match.

My Thunder Ranch shipped with three seven rounders.

Also got 3 mags with my TR 7 rd. but useing wilson mags today.

Some come with 1, some with 2 and some with 3.

If I remember right my PII came with two and my Concept VIII came with one.

But I just took a look at their web site and see that it shows both of them only coming with 1 mag now.

Its not a great loss. I use Chip McCormack and Wilsons and they run less than $30 at Brownells with a dealer discount.

(you do have a C&R FFL, don't you?? It gets you a dealer discount at Brownells. Well worth the $10/yr cost)
