Bar/r1/sr1???

OK I am in the market for a new deer rifle and I am looking at going with a semi automatic. I am looking at the Browning BAR, Benelli R1, or the new Merkel SR1. Looking for accuracy and relability comparisons. I am a new poster here and I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Only one I've ever fired is my bud's BAR in .300 Win Mag. heavy beeoch and I wouldn't wanna tote it around, but it's accurate, reliable, and 300 Win Mag feels like .308 in it. His, with whatever factory stuff (he's a cheap SOB when it comes to ammo) he was using, I shot about 1.5 moa. I have no doubt I could make it a 1 moa gun if I handloaded for it.

Yea I am actually thinking of the new Browning Short trac which is only like 7.1 lbs
