I purchased a Barsony holster for a Glock 36. When I received it I felt it was not of the quality I expected, and it did not hold the Glock 36 well. In accordance with their stated policy, I returned the holster, with receipts and ask for a credit. It has been almost a month, I have sent numerous emails and left several voice mails. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER EMAILS!!! And I have not received a credit. VERY bad...
