I must say I am most pleased I started this thread almost a year ago, forget when exactly.

It'll be one year come May 1st that I'll have spent with my girlfriend pictured in the first post, and I'll admit that I love her more and more every day, the fact that she supports me being over here and gives me words of encouragment and all that just makes being here worth it and bearable.

Its good to see other gorgeous women enjoying the shooting sport and I congragulate those who take co-workers shooting and get their family members involved in the sport.

I guess I wasn't around when this thread first appeared. This is my youngest (of 3) from our trip to CO last year. She's 14, and likes shooting with me.

Ok, on about page 2 or 3, someone compared one of the women to Starbuck. She definately does not look like Dirk Benedict! I assume the Starbuck on that redux series a woman?

Alright I'll play...

Here's a picture of my future-wife-to-be (I know that's redundant but she's not my fiance yet haha).
As she put it, she's being sumo'd by my Mosin:

And here's a picture of her and me getting ready to pack it up after a good night shoot:

All pictures are stills from a video...sorry about quality.

I can't believe how many people are teaching their women to shoot without hearing protection. And not one comment about that, either. I will change computers, and post a photos of my neice.
She's a natural.
As to stance: if a smaller person has that leaned back look with a side arm, try changing from iscosoles to modified weaver. Gives them a more agressive stance, and the isometric helps support. When they get some strength, they can go to whichever they find superior.
The gal at the skeet range has a perfect stance.
Here is my neice April, checking out a .380 Auto. She prefered my
.45 sig. She's wating for me to hand her another loaded mag. She's wearing ear plugs.

My Daughter

She's headed to Alaska (Fairbanks) tomorrow to strike out on her own, at the ripe old age of 19.

This is from her first pistol outing yesterday. She loves the Ruger MkII, and she can hit stuff with it.

And she really likes the Marlin Camp 9 carbine. She was shooting the tops off of jugs and bottles.

She still needs work with the pistol, but give her a nice rifle . . . if you're a bottle or a jug you need to duck.

The Wife

Taken yesterday with our .22LR DPMS

And with the new HK94 Clone

With her WASR-22. Note the fingers. We had to switch out the thumbhole for a regular stock because the grip felt as big as a soda can.

With the Ruger PC-9

Thank you.

Maybe they had earplugs? Earplugs are tough to see at the angles most of these pictures are taken.

Or they could just be doing this:
