I have many shotguns. My primary hunting gun used for hunting wild chukars for the last several years is a 12 ga Wingmaster, chosen for it's reliablity and dependablity. I was just introduced to a Benelli Super Sport II. Light, fast and deadly, super deadly. Dang. It's hard for me to warm up to this new fangled looking contraption, but it shoots so well. I am considering buying a Benelli. What are the differences in the
M2, the Cordoba and the Super Sport? I looked at the Montefeltro, but the rib seems lower and just did not have the feel of the Super Sport although I kinda like the looks of the Montefeltro. If I wanted one shotgun used for bird hunting primarily (chukars, pretty much exclusively) and occasional trap shooting, which Benelli would be the best choice, M2, Cordoba, Super Sport, other? Barrel length? Any suggestions?
Thanks.
