What cast bullet lube sizer press, sizers, and lube do you recommend?

It appears that RCBS, Lyman, and SEACO stuff all is interchangeable .

I have experanced such great customer service with RCBS that most of my stuff is green, and would tend to pick that if all the choices are equal in quality and ease of use.

RCBS and Lyman dies and top punches are interchangeable, but Saeco/Redding uses dies and top punches that are specific to their press. I have all three brands (two Saeco), but my preference is Star, now made by Magma Engineering. If you're going to be casting a lot of bullets, the Star is so much faster than any of the others, and the push through design enables you to size and lube many, many times the bullets the others are capable of putting out. I own eleven of the Star/Magma machines, with three of them on long term loan to two very good friends.

Hope this helps.

Fred pretty well covered it. I think the handle linkage is maybe a little stronger on the RCBS than the Lyman. I used a Lyman 450 for years and it worked ok. You have some handle flex if you are sizing hard bullets or sizing them down more than .003 or so. I recently bought a used Star and its much faster, although there is a learning curve with it. I use a hard lube that needs to be heated. I buy it locally from a guy that advertises on the Cast Boolit site named Lars.

I’m with Fred on a lube/sizer. If you coat there are other options though.
