For coolest looking --

Revolver: Colt 1851 Navy w/squareback triggerguard.

Semiauto: Mauser C96

Rifle: An early flintlock Lancaster style longrifle

The one you have in hand when the brown stuff hits ...(you know the rest)

The gun that SAVED MY LIFE is the coolest in the safe!!

I'd have to say the coolist looking pistol I've seen is my dad's lightweight commander. there's something cool about a pistol where alll of the bluing and anodizing has worn off the front half of the frame and slide.

coolest rifle would have to be my dad's m-14. it's got a really cool Leaf pattern camo paint job, that's also kinda worn off.

coolest shotgun would have to be my mossberg, because it fits.

I think the most attractive gun I've ever seen is the Cold Gold Cup Commander that Ned Christiansen built a while back. You can click the pic for a larger version.

Gewehr98's Enfield Sniper rifle is a gun I would be honored to have in my collection and I can't remember who posts the pic of two lovely Ruger No 1s but they're very nice as well.

Coolest? For the futuristic stuff, the Blaser R93 and the Whitefeather M-25 are both pretty neat.

Shuey2002,

These were pistols designed by Smoking Hole Pistol Design. I think they were down in Simi Valley, California. I don't think they're around anymore. I think they were building up pistols using SVI/STI lower and then milling uppers. Here's some more eye candy.

Cratz2, I don't own that Lithgow Enfield anymore.

I traded it off for a Swedish AG-42B Ljungman. I already miss it. One last look at the old girl when it was still mine:

Here's another view of the alloy space rifle stock:

He hadn't put the barrel in it yet, just the Nesika Bay action.

No name, as of yet.

It's a project of a machine shop that specializes in intricate machining jobs. The guy will do one for anybody who waves enough cash under his nose. I'm sure it ain't cheap, considering that the Nesika Bay actions go for between $900-$1400. But I do want one, with either a Krieger or Obermeyer barrel. It's nice to want things, isn't it? :D
