And my vote is for the Mosin Nagant M44.

I much prefer that the rear sight be mounted on the receiver, since my opinion is that it improves accuracy in field use. More precise. Better "shootability". Adding in aesthetics of personal taste, I prefer the 03A3 over the SMLE or the 1917 Enfield.

Another vote here for the Finn M39. I have several and also have several K31's and have found them to be pretty close in accuracy. Then there's always the history behind them.
