Beware of ordering from MidwayUSA

Never had any problems with Midway.....I do love spam and pineapple, however.

I've found spam... turkey spam, actually... goes good fried up with a sweet onion and peppers over rice. I'm also thinking of a take-off on the Irish national dish... frying up some of that turkey spam with potatoes and cabbage as one would normally use corned beef.

I've had a couple non-spam issues with Midway. Be really careful about mailing and billing addresses,
they won't hesitate to send your stuff to an address you haven't used in ten years.

$60.00, for a dedicated gas block, and they don't include a seven cent roll pin? Damn...

E-Mail addresses are free from a variety of services like gmail, Yahoo, etc. I have several email addresses... one is exclusively for ordering stuff online. I use a different email address to register for forums like this one and yet another for personal e-mail with friends / family.

I even have a special email address I use for places that I know are going to put the email address I give them on spam lists... that would be the Ex-Wife's email address.

Don't buy from them. Make them to respect the folks that allow them to stay in business or force them out of business

So, your 5th post ever on this forum is to bash a company that in most cases provides the product I want at the best price I can find and ships it pronto? Sundays, holidays, I've gotten email "shipped" notices from Midway on Sunday evenings! I'm certainly among the enablers that "allow" them to stay in business because I feel plenty of respect from them.

Of your 4 previous posts, two others also complained about Midwayusa's customer service; you claim they won't pick up the phone or respond to contact. Funny, they've allowed me to return and immediately refunded clearance items without any questions, far above and beyond what most will do. Are you sure that you're using the right contact information?

Chances are the spam came from Google search when you have looked up Midway. A way to prevent this in the future is to use a different search engine that does not track your activity.

Duckduckgo will take care of that (start.duckduckgo.com is the search address to use.)

Except Duck Duck GO is now linked with Yahoo and that search engine sucks compared to Midway. One thing with any of them is to never click on the results at the very top; those are usually paid ads for placement and can take you down the rabbit hole.
