A couple of those points don’t sound too bad. But the rest of them far outweigh the ok tipping the scales towards holy smokes.
Now, this could get interesting though. If they are talking about regulating all these different types of firearms and making them NFA items then there is some potential for registry to open up under the right circumstances. Doubtful that we are that lucky.
BUT with a GOP senate, constitutional SC and a mixed bag everywhere else with nobody safe from being voted out in the near future, it’s all a big land mine that the whole pile of politicks are dancing around (picture the hoos dancing and singing around hoo village Christmas tree) trying to avoid. Somebody is going to march in confidently and stomp it while others run away. The next few years will be a cluster but from my way of looking at it, everybody is a lame-duck in a significant way. It will take bipartisan actions to do much, and that’s doesn’t look promising, especially after Trump shook the stage up and activated the vast red voter base. It should be interesting... or a snooze fest. But I doubt much of anything goes anywhere at any speed.
