With Heller the nonsense about the 2A applying only to a militia or a citizen force rather than an individual right is definitely in off the table?? Seriously???

Yes. Seriously. That idea was killed very very thoroughly. Some anti's still spout otherwise, but that just makes them look foolish and uninformed, so I encourage it.
