Blc2 556

I'm trying to load some 556 using blc2 powder. However, I am unable to find the load data. I found the load data for 223 from there site but something is not right with the information they provided. I'm using 556 brass and 556 primers. Please if you have and good load data please share. I am using 62 grain steel penetrators. My rifle is an ar 15 with a 16" barel and 1 in 7 twist

5.56 and 223 are identical as far as the Handloader is concerned.

Use the 223 data and you will be fine.
