Typical German toggle lock, just more stylish. The "keystone" shape is a nice touch.

Remember the toggle fold forward flat as safe and back partly raised to depress to release the blade.

On my Czech Mikov the toggle folds in the opposite direction so you flip it forward and press forward to trigger it, but most other toggle locks fold back to press. They all lever the lock pin up by pressing against a ridge to pry the pin up.
