Typical German toggle lock, just more stylish. The "keystone" shape is a nice touch.

On my Czech Mikov the toggle folds in the opposite direction so you flip it forward and press forward to trigger it, but most other toggle locks fold back to press. They all lever the lock pin up by pressing against a ridge to pry the pin up.
