Hey fellow reloaders.
Found a place on the internet that you mail em your scrap brass and you get a credit for product at their store so I took 2 5 gallon buckets to work tossed em in a burlap sack and ran em over with a 10ton roller most now fit in 1 5 gallon bucket (Try'in to see how much i can get in a flat rate box)
My trouble is I lost the web site Anybody deal with this and if so PLEASE let me know.
THANX

If your gonna run over used brass/scrap bring clean shorts cause the few live primers you miss will scare the you know what out of you and the guy driving the roller.

a 5 gallon bucket of shell brass weighs about 40 pounds, I know, I've got 2 1/2 of now that I'll sell after I accumulate 5. Last ones I sold fetched 1.60 a pound. How much you think it gonna cost ya to ship it and what price are they gonna pay ya?

Griff hit the nail on the head they pay $2.25 lb a large flat rate box $14ish and i can get some new used stuff not sure how good a deal it is but i like the idea so going to give it a shot and will report on how it worked out.

so they must just be using it for scrap brass and not reloading? I would think a brass exchnage would be for companies that reload on a large scale, and offer a discount on thier reloaded product. I live very close to HSM and BVAC and they offer a trade in program, IIRC. But I use everything I have so I have never tried....
