As the title indicates, I have come across a large 3K amount of .38 special brass in a brass sweep of our range. Not having spoken to the officer who shot it, I was wondering if any of you folks had reloaded these cases and if so, how they performed.
In dimensions and weights, they appear the same as Winchester .38 +p brass but are not stamped +p. The headstamp simply says 'Precision' and '.38 Special'.
There is a ammunition company in Texas that is called Precision (recently sold to another) that still sells automatic progressive reloading machines....wonder if this is there stuff.
