Browning P-35 Mag .40 -> 9mm mag?

I don't remember even seeing the question asked... since the Walther P99 .40 mag will fit in the 9mm model... does the same work for the Hi-Power or was the dimensions of the frame changed enough between the two calibers to make that impossible?
 
Hello. Yes, the forty-caliber magazine fits the 9mm Hi Power. Unfortunately, it doesn't feed too well using 9mm ammo. I did not alter the magazine lips however.

Hey, Stephen, whilst we're on the subject, kinda. A friend of mine has a BHP with one of those .41 AE conversions, but only a couple of magazines. Just wondering: Will .40 BHP mags work with the .41AEs? I keep meaning to loan him a (.40) mag to find out, but manage to forget while we're at the range. Guess we'll remember to do this experiment eventually, but in the meantime, any experience from your end?
