Bullet seating question

I have recenly loaded up a batch of 7.5 MAS. I am using a 130 grain Spitzer point bullet over 30.5 grains of IMR 4198. The question I have pertains to over all cartridge length. The Lee reloading manual indicates that the minimum over all length for this load is 2.703". The maximum over all length for the cartridge is 2.992". I have seated the bullets so that the over all cartridge length is 2.975". Should I seat the bullet deeper or is this acceptable?

If the round fits in your magazine and doesn`t contact the leade you`re fine. The max oal is a guide and you are over the min.
